Great location near tourist attractions.
The noise from the conference center was unbearable, making it impossible to relax. I was placed in a room that felt like it was right next to a high-traffic area, which completely ruined my experience. The staff did not seem concerned about my discomfort, and checking in was awkward, with no warm welcome whatsoever.

The staff provided exceptional service, especially at breakfast, where the variety was impressive and local fish was a standout option. A warm welcome from the doorman made arriving feel like coming home. The ground-floor room offered limited views, while higher floors had stunning waterfront sights. Though the pool area was decent, it was less vibrant than expected during peak hours, and the dining options could have been more diverse at lunch.

Charming, charming, charming.
I had the most good stay! The breakfast spread was very nice-think fresh pastries and hearty options that kickstart your day right. Plus, the location is a dream with the vibrant waterfront just a short stroll away-so many cute restaurants and shops at your fingertips!
would recommend 😊❤️

would want to stay there again
Great location near V&A waterfront. Clean standard double room with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. Breakfast had a buffet with fresh pastries and an omelette station. Staff was friendly, especially during breakfast service. Parking available and easy access to main roads. Pool area looked nice, but didn’t try it.

I stayed in the Standard Double Room, Disability Access, and it was pretty average. The room was dusty in spots and had some mildew around the windows. The shower was super slow to drain, and my teabags weren’t replaced for the second night. A bit annoying. My personal face cloth got taken. At least the bed was comfy enough, but could use some deep cleaning.

Location was ideal, just a hop to the waterfront! The room was spotless, and I adored the complimentary water. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options to fuel my adventures!
However, the shower was more of a sprinkle fest than a refreshing experience—my hair was begging for mercy! Oh, and could they have a coffee delivery service? That would be superb!

This hotel suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and friendly staff. They showed great kindness to my elderly parents on my first stay, which I appreciated. I recommend trying the breakfast. it's fantastic!

I had a fantastic experience here, especially enjoying the tasty breakfast and the cosy room I stayed in. The sun terrace was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that you can hear a bit of noise from the hallway, but it didn’t bother my sleep at all. 😊

Good vibes & cozy stays
Had a decent time here! The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was pretty tasty. Rooms were comfortable and a decent size. The only drag was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. The pool area was nice to chill by after wandering around the V&A Waterfront, just a hop away!

comfortable stay but could use some improvements
The breakfast choices were abundant, and the room service was quick. The staff during breakfast exhibited a friendly demeanor and worked efficiently, making my mornings pleasant. The disability access in the room was well thought out, ensuring comfort and ease of movement, which I appreciated.
The bathroom could benefit from some updated fixtures as they seemed outdated.
